Terms governing participation in the Bhoomi Saarthi Program.
Last Updated: 8 September 2026
1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to use of the Bhoomi Saarthi website and Partner Portal and to participation in the Bhoomi Saarthi Program. By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Partner Portal, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you should not create an account or use the Partner Portal. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which describes how personal information is handled.
2 Bhoomi Saarthi Program
The Partner Program allows registered Partners to submit details of potential customers who may be interested in solar installation, to track the status of those referrals in the portal, and, where a referral is eligible and successful, to receive a commission as recorded by Admin.
Partners are independent participants in the program. Registration does not make a Partner an employee, agent, or legal representative of Bhoomi Saarthi unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
3 Partner Eligibility
To participate, a Partner must:
provide accurate account information;
use a valid email address and mobile number;
be legally capable of entering into these Terms; and
comply with applicable laws, including those relating to personal data and identity documents.
Bhoomi Saarthi may refuse, suspend, or close an account where eligibility requirements are not met.
4 Referral Submission Rules
Referral details submitted through the portal must be genuine, accurate, and complete. Where required, the Partner is responsible for ensuring that customer information and documents are submitted with appropriate customer consent and for a lawful purpose.
The following are not permitted:
fake or fabricated referrals;
duplicate referrals submitted in a misleading way;
forged, altered, or invalid documents;
misleading or incomplete information intended to influence processing or commission; and
unauthorized use of another person’s personal data or documents.
5 Required Documents
A referral may require supporting documents, including:
Aadhaar Card;
PAN Card;
Electricity Bill; and
Cancelled Cheque / Passbook Photo.
Documents must be clear, valid, and lawfully submitted. Bhoomi Saarthi may decline to process a referral if documents are missing, unreadable, inconsistent, or appear not to be genuine.
6 Referral Status Process
Referral status may move through stages such as:
Bank Loan Pending
Installation Pending
Installation Complete
DISCOM Approval Awaiting
Subsidy Redeemed
Subsidy Disbursed
Timelines can vary. Statuses are updated based on actual processing and information available to Bhoomi Saarthi. A displayed status is an operational record in the portal; it is not a guarantee of a particular outcome or date.
7 Commission
Commission, where payable, is a fixed amount determined by Admin. The amount may vary by referral or project. A commission amount is only valid once it has been assigned or approved by Admin in the portal.
Submitting a referral does not automatically guarantee commission. Commission may depend on successful completion, eligibility, and the outcome of the referral. The final commission amount and status recorded in the portal / admin system are the operative records for the program.
8 Payment / Commission Status
Where a commission has been recorded, the portal may show a status such as:
Pending — a commission amount may have been recorded but is not yet treated as earned or paid;
Approved / Earned — Admin has approved the commission as earned in the system; and
Paid — the commission has been marked as paid in the system.
These labels describe records in the Partner Program systems. They do not by themselves create a separate payment contract beyond what Admin has recorded.
9 Partner Responsibilities
The Partner must:
keep login credentials secure and not share them;
not misuse the portal or attempt to disrupt it;
not impersonate another person or Partner;
not upload malicious files or content;
not access or attempt to access another Partner’s information; and
notify support promptly if unauthorized access to the account is suspected.
10 Account Suspension / Termination
Bhoomi Saarthi may suspend or terminate an account, and may refuse or reverse related program benefits recorded in the portal, where there is reason to believe there has been:
fraud;
fake referrals;
forged or invalid documents;
abuse or harassment;
misuse of the website or portal;
violation of these Terms; or
a security issue affecting the account or platform.
11 No Guaranteed Income
Participation in the Partner Program does not guarantee earnings. Commission depends on eligible, successful referrals and on Admin assignment or approval. Any illustrations, examples, or promotional figures shown on the website are not a promise of income and should not be treated as guaranteed earnings.
12 Availability of Service
The website and Partner Portal may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting issues, or other technical reasons. Bhoomi Saarthi does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
13 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bhoomi Saarthi will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses, for service interruptions, for delays outside reasonable control, or for reliance on estimated timelines or status dates shown in the portal.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a limitation would be unlawful.
14 Intellectual Property
The website design, Bhoomi Saarthi branding and logo, portal content, and related software are owned by or licensed to Bhoomi Saarthi. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used for another commercial purpose without permission, except for ordinary use of the Partner Portal as provided.
15 Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Partner Portal, you acknowledge that policy.
16 Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Where legally applicable, continued use of the website or Partner Portal after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts.
